Erin Willis is a seasoned professional in student recruitment and international education, currently serving as a Senior Student & Early Career Recruiter for Moog Inc. since May 2022. Previously, Erin held the role of Assistant Director for Study Abroad & Exchange Programs at The State University of New York at Fredonia from August 2014 to May 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing study abroad initiatives and advising students on various aspects of international experiences. Early career experience includes positions at the University at Buffalo, Canisius College, Cornell University, and Learning for the Empowerment and Advancement of Palestinians as a Graduate Intern, Graduate Assistant, Head Resident, and English Teacher, respectively. Erin holds a Master’s degree in College Student Personnel Administration from Canisius University and a Bachelor’s degree in English and Political Science from the University at Buffalo, both earned with Summa Cum Laude honors.
