Jeff Sowers is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the defense and aerospace industries. Currently serving as the Business Unit Chief Engineer for Missile Systems at Moog Inc. since March 2020, Jeff previously held the position of VP of Engineering at Control Vision, Inc. from September 2018 to March 2020, and worked as an Engineering Fellow at Raytheon from May 2015 to September 2018. Jeff has also managed engineering teams as the Business Unit Engineering Manager for Integrated Defense Systems at Moog from March 2013 to May 2015, served as Site Engineering Manager at Moog-FTS, and was a Sr. Principal Engineer at Raytheon Missile Systems for nearly 14 years. Jeff Sowers earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University and pursued further studies at the University of Arizona.
