Johnjerica Hodge

Johnjerica Hodge serves as Associate General Counsel for Ethics, Compliance, and Transactions at Moog Inc. since August 2025, overseeing the ethics and compliance program in the U.S. Additionally, Johnjerica is a fellow with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) since March 2023. Prior to joining Moog, Johnjerica was a Partner and Co-Chair of the ESG Practice at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP from December 2016 to August 2025, and held associate positions at Norton Rose Fulbright and LCLD. Johnjerica began a legal career as a Law Clerk to Chief Judge Carl E. Stewart at the United States Court of Appeals from August 2013 to August 2014. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law, various certifications in ESG from Wharton Online, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Alabama.
