Julian Webb

Julian Webb is an Operational Excellence Manager at Moog Controls Ltd, where they focus on process variation reduction, continuous flowline projects, and workplace organization through a 5S program. Julian holds a Six Sigma Black Belt qualification and has led various improvement initiatives in both manufacturing and administrative areas. Previously, they have served in various roles at Moog, including Process Development Leader and Quality Assurance Manager, managing significant projects and teams while ensuring compliance with quality standards. Julian is currently pursuing an engineering degree at the University of Gloucestershire and a Master Black Belt certification from Small Piece Training.
