Karsten Zieger

Karsten Zieger is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in engineering applications, project management, and technology leadership. Currently serving as IT Section Head for Engineering Applications and PLM at Moog Inc. since February 2017, Zieger also holds the role of PLM Program Manager. Prior experience includes significant leadership positions such as Vice President and co-founder of East Aurora Musicfest, Inc., where a community music festival was established to support local organizations. Previous roles include Project Manager III at M&T Bank, Director of Global Information Technology at Fisher-Price / Mattel Inc., and Sr. CAE Engineer at Cooper Cameron Corporation, among other engineering and IT positions. Zieger holds an MBA in Information Technology from the University at Buffalo and degrees in Mechanical Engineering and CAD/CAM Technology from Buffalo State University and Alfred State College, respectively.
