Keith Rail is an experienced engineer and certified project manager currently serving as the IPT Lead at Moog Inc. Since 2020, they have been leading technically challenging projects that involve multiple organizations and geographic locations. Prior to their role at Moog, they held various engineering positions at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics from 2002 to 2020, including Deputy Manager of F-35 Flight Control Hardware. Keith holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Finance from the University of California, Davis, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering with high honors from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
