Matthew Dexter

Matthew Dexter is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and product support. Currently serving as the Product Support Engineering Manager at Moog Inc. since February 2020, Matthew previously held the position of Senior Business Solution Manager at Cyient, where responsibilities included acting as a technical interface for manufacturing engineering across diverse teams and developing strategies for the EMEA region. Prior to that, Matthew worked as a Manufacturing Engineer on a contract basis at Rolls-Royce and had a long tenure at UTC Aerospace Systems, where achievements included leading transitions for complex parts and managing new product introduction projects. Matthew commenced the engineering career as a Graduate & Manufacturing Engineer at Claverham Ltd, following the completion of a BEng (Hons) in Aerospace Manufacturing Engineering at the University of the West of England and a Certificate in Management Studies from Filton College.
