Philip Bisch is a seasoned professional in quality management with extensive experience in the aerospace and military sectors. Currently serving as the Global Support Repair Station Quality Manager at Moog Inc since August 2010, Philip has successfully implemented the CAAC Maintenance Organization Manual and Training Manuals, achieving certification for the Torrance facility.
