Rilee Offhaus

Rilee Offhaus has extensive experience in human resources and related roles, currently serving as a Workday System Analyst and holding various supervisory and generalist positions at Moog Inc. since February 2018. Prior to this, Rilee worked in the hospitality sector as a Bookkeeper and Waitress at TONY ROMES from September 2015 to January 2018. Rilee's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Buffalo State University, completed in 2018, and ongoing studies toward a Master of Business Administration at the University at Buffalo, expected to conclude in January 2026.
