Roger Shuler has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, currently holding the position of Director of Marketing and Strategy at Moog Aircraft since 2006, where responsibilities include marketing and strategy development for the Aircraft Group. Previously, Roger served as Program Director from 2013 to 2016, overseeing business strategy for the Military Sector and leading the Moog Crossbow Inertial Systems business. Prior to Moog, Roger worked at BAE Systems from 1995 to 2006 as a Program Manager, achieving substantial sales growth for autopilot products and securing a significant US Navy award. Earlier in his career, Roger managed systems engineering at Rockwell International and served as a project manager on the B-1B program. Roger holds an MBA in Business Strategy from USC Marshall School of Business, a BSAE in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California, and completed the Program Managers Course at the Defense Systems Management College.
