Ruby Pukalo

Ruby Pukalo is an Organizational Change Management Lead with a passion for supporting individuals through business transformations. They are a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner who focuses on improving employee adoption and usage of new systems and processes. Ruby has held various roles within Moog Inc., including Lean Management Intern and Organizational Change Management Specialist, and has experience as a Marketing and Social Media Intern at Purchased, Inc. They obtained a Master's degree in Psychology of Leadership from Penn State University and have engaged in research and project management throughout their career.
