Ryan Schmitz

Ryan Schmitz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing applications and digital processes, currently serving as the Manufacturing Applications Manager at Moog Inc. since 2001. In this role, Ryan leads a high-performance IT team focused on global manufacturing applications, including the implementation of a worldwide MES system and the integration of various digital manufacturing systems. Previous roles at Moog include Global Business Process Owner for MES and Production Software Manager, where Ryan drove digital manufacturing initiatives across multiple international sites. Before joining Moog, Ryan held various engineering positions at Lockheed Martin. Ryan holds an M.B.A. from St. Bonaventure University, an MSEE from Binghamton University, and a BSEE from Clarkson University.
