Simon Gordon-Smith is a seasoned business development manager currently leading digital airfield solutions at Moog Inc. since June 2021. With a strong background at Rolls-Royce from March 2017 to June 2021, Simon managed services transformation, focusing on pioneering new solutions and co-developing the TwinAlytix brand. Prior experience at Thales involved roles such as Assistant Bid Manager and Open Innovation Coordinator, contributing to business process design and co-creating innovative services. Simon has also co-created several student startups and worked in financial administration and accounts, building a diverse skill set. An alumnus of the University of Reading, Simon holds a BSc in Economics.
