Simon Moss

Simon Moss is currently the Aircraft Group Value Stream Director – Quality at Moog Inc., where they lead efforts in quality management within the aerospace sector. They have a strong background in engineering, having held various positions at Moog Inc. including Sector Engineering Director and Product Engineering Manager. Prior to their tenure at Moog, Simon worked as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at BAE Systems and held multiple managerial roles at Lucy Electric. They hold a Diploma in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick and a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Watford College. Simon is passionate about developing employees and fostering an environment that encourages personal growth and achievement.
