Thomas Donnelly is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Moog Inc. since May 2004. In this role, Thomas manages functional managers across various operations disciplines, including Assembly & Test and Supply Chain & Planning, while liaising with business development and program management teams. Prior positions at Moog include Business Execution Manager, where responsibilities encompassed P&L oversight for the Engines product family, as well as Propulsion Assembly and Test Manager, supervising a large team in the assembly and testing of propulsion systems. Thomas began the career as a Test Engineer at Moog and held engineering roles at U&S Services, Inc. and NAVSEA before pursuing advanced education. Thomas holds an MBA from St. Bonaventure University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
