Thomas Rall is currently serving as the General Counsel for Moog Military Aircraft. They have held various legal positions, including VP & General Counsel at Exelis and L3Harris Technologies. Prior to those roles, Thomas was Deputy General Counsel at Ultralife Corporation and Associate General Counsel at Exelis Inc. They earned a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the State University of New York College at Geneseo, also Magna Cum Laude.
