Mike was previously the VP Business Development at One Village, the General Manager EMEA at Dexterra, the Firestarter at Promethyan Labs, a Partner at Eminous, the VP Marketing & VP Business Development (Co-founder) at Riversoft, the Senior Manager at Capgemini, and the SVP Marketing & Business Development (Co-founder) at Micromuse. Mike is currently responsible for the go-to-market strategy and execution at Moogsoft.

Mike Silvey reports to Phil Tee, Co-Founder, Chairman, CEO and Herd Leader. They work with Rob Harper - Chief Science Officer, John Haley - VP, Product & Market Strategy, and Eric Brousseau - VP, Product.
