Yu Lin currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Futu Holdings Limited and moomoo, focusing on global recruitment and employer branding since March 2024. Previously, Yu contributed to Healing Brand as a Co-founder & Investor and led the Talent Acquisition team at Airwallex, specializing in technology recruitment in Greater China. Experience spans various prominent roles, including Recruitment Operations Lead at TikTok and ByteDance, and Head of Recruitment Operations at Allegis Global Solutions, where Yu managed significant RPO projects for Fortune 500 clients. Yu is recognized for achievements in inclusion and diversity and has received multiple awards for recruitment excellence. Education includes a Master of Arts in Media and Communication from The English and Foreign Languages University.
