Batel First

Batel First is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in HR leadership and talent acquisition. As the Human Resources Director at Moon Active from March 2022 to September 2023, Batel contributed to the on-site HR strategy and operations. Prior positions include HR Business Partner at GROO (formerly Groupon Israel) and Head of HR at Proceed, both roles held from May 2019 to March 2022 and January 2011 to March 2019, respectively. Earlier experience includes roles at Calanit- Make IT Simple as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from October 2007 to January 2011. Batel holds a BA in Sociology & Anthropology from Tel Aviv University and an MA in Organizational Development from The College of Management Academic Studies.
