Gali Weiss

Gali Weiss is an experienced HR Director and strategic HR business partner with a strong background in scaling HR for fast-growth startups. They began their career as an Account Manager at לבנת פורן - המרכז למימוש זכויות רפואיות and later served as a Recruitment Consultant at Ethosia, specializing in QA, automation, and software recruitment. Gali has held various HR roles, including HR Manager at Taranis and HR Growth Partner at AddedValue, before becoming the HR Business Partner at Moon Active, where they contributed to the company's rapid growth. Currently, Gali serves as the Human Resources Director at Moon Active, having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Tel Aviv University, where they were recognized on the dean's list.
