Karolina Panada

Karolina Panada is an experienced QA Manager with a solid background in quality assurance and team coordination. Currently serving at Moon Active since June 2023, Karolina leads manual QA teams and focuses on improving quality processes. Previous roles include Head of QA at Adukar, where responsibilities involved teaching software testing courses, and Quality Assurance Test Manager at Exadel Polska, overseeing QA operations. Karolina has facilitated career development programs, mentorship for junior QAs, and the analysis and standardization of QA practices. Educationally, Karolina holds a degree in Information Resource Management from the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus, completed in 2012.
