Roni Avrahami

Roni Avrahami is an experienced Learning and Development Manager at Moon Active since October 2020, responsible for creating development programs tailored to team and managerial needs and partnering with leading learning vendors. Previously, Roni served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Moon Active, contributing to the company's substantial growth from 100 to over 1,500 team members in four years. Prior experience includes various roles in talent acquisition at a Cyber Security company from January 2015 to October 2020, focusing on technical recruiting for R&D and business positions, and as Placement & Recruitment Manager at Nisha Group, specializing in experienced software developers. Roni's career began with an Administrative Assistant role at Ben Gurion University and as an Officer in the Israel Defense Forces' C4I Corps. Roni holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Development from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
