Tom Zinderman

Tom Zinderman is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Director and HR Business Partner at Moon Active since September 2020, Tom previously held positions at Gett as Head of HR - Global and Head of HR - R&D and Product from January 2019 to September 2020. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at EY from April 2011 to June 2018, where Tom worked as an HR Business Partner supporting the High-Tech Assurance Department and focused on organizational development, employee engagement, and performance management. Earlier roles include Recruiting Manager at Hever Hon Enoshi and various recruitment and alumni relations responsibilities at EY. Tom holds a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior Studies from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
