Michelle McCune

Michelle McCune has over 20 years of work experience in various HR roles. Michelle currently works as the Global Head of HR at Moon Creative Lab since April 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Netflix as a Director, HR Business Partner from July 2019 to February 2020. From December 2016 to July 2019, they served as the Director of People Operations at Samsung NEXT, where they provided funding, resources, and support to startups. Before that, they were a Senior HR Business Partner at Accenture, where they led HR strategies and supported the selling of large complex deals. Michelle also worked at Verint Systems as a Senior HR Business Partner, where they led organizational development efforts and designed talent strategies. Michelle has been with Accenture since 1996, where they held various roles including HR Business Partner, Staffing Team Lead, and Human Resources Generalist. Michelle has a strong background in HR strategy, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Michelle McCune attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln but did not complete a specific degree or field of study. However, they later obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In January 2015, they also obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
