Thomas Marentette is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in product development and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Moon Five since July 2025, Marentette previously held the position of Product Development Engineer II at GAF Energy from October 2021 to June 2025. Prior experience includes working at DENSO from January 2018 to September 2021 as a Heat Exchanger R&D Engineer I, where Marentette developed a patented ANSYS thermal strain model that reduced strain in heat exchangers by 15%. Earlier roles include Paint Maintenance Supervisor and Tooling Engineer at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, as well as various leadership positions with Queen's University Baja SAE, including Powertrain Lead and Chassis Designer. Marentette holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University.
