Bryan LeMonds has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Bryan started their career as a Sports Reporter at Winona Daily News in 1989. Bryan then moved on to work as a Senior Account Executive in PR at Carmichael Lynch, where they managed clients such as Mack Trucks, Department 56, and Cargill. During their time there, they won several PRSA and IABC awards. In 1995, they joined Padilla as the Director of PSB Outdoors/Consumer Products, where they launched a consumer division and handled clients like Arctic Cat and 3M. Bryan later worked as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of PR at BVK, where they grew the team from three to more than 20 PR professionals and attracted clients including Pfizer and Sun Country Airlines. Bryan then joined Havas as the President of Euro RSCG PR Chicago, where they garnered attention by securing big-name clients like Sara Lee and Walgreens. In 2003, they took on the role of Agent, Strategy, Brand & Partnerships for the legendary Dan Patrick, exclusively representing him on brand management strategies and business partnerships. Finally, in the same year, they founded their own branding and public relations agency called Moon Landing, Inc., where they focused on delivering lean brands with sustainable story economies.

From 1988 to 1992, Bryan LeMonds attended Winona State University. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Sociology, with a minor in Photography.
