Moonbase Capital invests in SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) through Search Funds, an innovative new asset class that combines the stability of Private Equity with the agility and diversification of Venture Capital, in order to yield more consistent returns to our investor, at a lower risk.

Our main focus is on providing our entrepreneurs with hands-on support throughout the search, acquisition, and growth phases of their journey, leveraging our 40 years of combined experience as operators, consultants, CEOs, and CFOs, building and selling businesses globally. Our entrepreneurs are actively searching for SMEs to acquire in Spain, France, and Italy.
