MoonBoots Consultancy is an agentic AI and custom platforms studio based in rural Norfolk. We help small businesses, founders, and specialist practices put AI to work without the hype.

We build three things for clients:

AI strategy and integration for SMEs. Practical plans, not vendor pitches. We tell you what to build, what to leave alone, and how to make the tools you already have earn their keep.

Custom AI agents on the Anthropic Claude API, using a hierarchical multi-agent pattern that is faster, cheaper, and more reliable than the single-agent approach most products default to.

Integrated business platforms combining brand, website, CMS, CRM, onboarding, payments, and SEO on a modern production stack. One coherent system to replace the five disconnected tools most businesses are juggling.

Our work includes bounded AI design for products that touch children, vulnerable users, or regulated work. Custom-trained, parent-controlled, fully logged. It is the only kind of AI we are willing to put in front of people who deserve protection.

Current and recent work:

Touchline, an agentic AI coaching platform for grassroots football coaches.

Be Seen Be Scouted, a safeguarded youth football scouting marketplace with DBS-verified scouts and parent-controlled contact.

Rebalance Kinesiology, an integrated web platform for a specialist Norfolk health practice.
