Richard Nelson

Richard Nelson is an experienced music publishing professional with a strong background in copyright and royalties management. Currently serving as Music Publishing Manager at Moonbug Entertainment since March 2022, Richard previously held the position of Copyright and Royalties Manager at Banijay UK from August 2017 to December 2021. During a tenure at Westbury Music Ltd from May 2009 to September 2017, Richard excelled as Publishing & Licensing Manager, successfully signing over 250 writers and managing a diverse range of released projects. Richard also managed a neighbouring rights portfolio and was responsible for client acquisition and retention. Richard holds a BA Hons in Music Industry Management from London Metropolitan University and a BA Hons in Marketing from the University of Bedfordshire.
