Roberta Liakaite has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Roberta started their career as a Volunteer at the International contemporary dance festival New Baltic Dance in 2014. Roberta then worked as a Salesperson at Venchi from 2015 to 2016. Roberta gained experience in the field of graphic design, working as an Assistant Designer at Production designer Loren Elstein and Production Designer Anna Driftmier in 2017. Roberta also worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer, collaborating with dance creatives and fashion designers. In 2016, Roberta took on the role of Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, where they managed a team and ensured a pleasant customer experience. From 2019, they entered the field of entertainment, starting as a Digital Media Intern at Moonbug Entertainment. Roberta quickly progressed to become a Junior Channel Manager and then a Channel Manager, responsible for creating, managing, and growing YouTube channels across various children's content brands. In their most recent role at Moonbug Entertainment, Roberta served as the Senior Channel Manager, overseeing and implementing YouTube strategies across multiple IPs in Moonbug's catalogue and managing a team.

Roberta Liakaite pursued their education starting in 2010 when they attended Siauliai Art School. Roberta completed their studies there in 2014, specializing in Art/Art Studies. Following this, between the years 2015 and 2018, Roberta studied at Goldsmiths, University of London, earning a Bachelor's degree in Design. In 2017, they briefly enrolled in a short course at the University of the Arts London, focusing on Set and Performance Design.
