Daniel Gibbens

Daniel Gibbens is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in organizational development and employee experience. Currently serving as a Senior People Partner at Moonfare since March 2023, Gibbens previously held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at OneFootball, where responsibilities included building a new business and implementing workforce planning strategies. Experience also includes a role as Senior Project Manager for Employee Experience and Process Design at GEA Group, focused on HR centralization for a global workforce. Prior roles at finleap and finleap connect involved HR project management and recruitment, along with enhancing employee engagement and operational processes.
