Sam Boughton

Sam Boughton serves as the Director and Head of EMEA at Moonfare since February 2020, overseeing relationship management teams across Europe and the Middle East for private clients, family offices, and institutional investors. Previously, Sam held roles at Moonfare including Head of Investor Solutions and Investor Solutions Manager, contributing to the company’s innovative approach to private equity investing. Sam’s educational background includes an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and a BA (Hons) in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Durham University. Additional experience includes wealth management positions at Coutts and an internship with Grant Thornton LLP, along with work experiences at Northern Trust, Watson, Farley & Williams, and Linklaters.
