We're starting with a foundational problem: the disconnect between formal healthcare systems and the medical records families hold at home.

The Problem
In India, medical histories are scattered across paper files, hospital portals, lab reports, and memory. Families maintain this information, but it rarely forms a complete picture when care decisions matter—whether during a routine doctor visit or a medical emergency.

This fragmentation leads to repeated tests, incomplete diagnoses, delayed treatment, and higher costs. Yet most healthcare technology focuses on digitizing hospitals and clinics, overlooking the layer where health data actually lives: in family homes.

Our Approach
Maatra, our first product, addresses this structural gap by digitizing and organizing family-held medical records into a secure, accessible system. We're building for India's healthcare reality—where families are primary caregivers, record-keeping is a family responsibility, and trust must be earned.

This requires different choices than Western health-tech models: privacy architecture families can trust, user experiences that work across literacy levels, and integration approaches that enhance rather than disrupt existing care behaviors.

Why This Matters
Better organized health information strengthens continuity of care, reduces medical errors, and helps families make informed decisions. It also creates the foundation for more connected, effective healthcare delivery.
