Paul Bailey

Paul Bailey is an experienced executive with a diverse background in business and law. Currently serving as President at University Sleep since April 2013, Paul collaborates with founder Bill Steves to enhance customer satisfaction through high-quality mattress products. In addition, Paul has held the position of Chief Management Officer at Moonlight Slumber since January 2019, and previously served as President at PBE, Inc. from December 1997 to June 2011. Earlier in their career, Paul worked as an attorney at Price & Shula from 1991 to 1997. Paul holds a Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Classics from Miami University.
