Melissa Daher currently serves as a Senior People Partner at MoonPay, where they lead initiatives in people process optimization and the implementation of scalable HR systems. Previously, they consulted on human resources at TgMaster University and enhanced people operations at N26 and other European entities. Melissa’s expertise includes navigating complex employment matters and improving employee experiences, while they are also pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Talent Development at EAE Business School and a BA in Psychology from Lebanese American University.
