James Ruston is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in mobile applications and software development. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Moonpig since February 2019, James has also contributed as a Senior iOS Engineer. As a Co-Founder of Capsule, a podcast app established in July 2018, James has been instrumental in delivering both iOS and Android applications, implementing features such as audio streaming, custom player functionality, and API integration with iTunes. Prior to these roles, James developed expertise at the BBC from September 2012 to February 2019, advancing from Junior Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer.
