John Persaud

John Persaud is an experienced operations executive with a demonstrated history of leadership in various roles. Currently serving as COO and Operations Director at Moonpig since June 2019, John has previously held significant positions including UK Production Director at Photobox and Operational Excellence Senior Expert at Uniper, where key contributions involved developing operational excellence programs and delivering cost savings. Prior roles at E.ON and McKinsey & Company focused on building operational excellence capabilities and driving efficiency in manufacturing operations across Europe. John's early career included technical development and process engineering positions at SCA Hygiene Products and Procter & Gamble, respectively. John graduated with an MEng in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge in 2005.
