Frank Straub

Frank Straub, Ph.D., is currently a Senior Advisor for Targeted Violence Prevention at Moonshot, providing expertise on projects related to school violence prevention and behavioral threat assessment. Previously, Straub served as the Sr. Director for Violence Prevention Research & Programs at Safe and Sound Schools, co-directing a significant initiative aimed at preventing targeted school attacks. They have held various leadership positions, including Director of Public Safety for the City of Indianapolis and Chief of Police for Spokane Police Department. Straub's extensive background includes roles with the U.S. State Department and the Department of Justice, as well as academic pursuits in psychology and criminal justice.
