Code Sternal

Code Sternal is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Principal at Moontower Group since July 2022. Prior to this role, Code held several key positions at BNY Mellon from October 2014 to June 2022, including Director of Global Corporate Development, where support was provided to executive leadership in firm-wide M&A initiatives, and Principal of Strategy for BNY Mellon Investment Management, focusing on strategy development and M&A execution. Additionally, Code was Strategy Manager for the Asia Pacific region, emphasizing international and APAC initiatives. Earlier experience includes an Associate position at Berkshire Capital Securities LLC, specializing in M&A for asset managers and securities firms, as well as an internship at UBS Global Asset Management. Code holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford. Education was completed at St. Louis Park Senior High School.
