Ryan Lynch

Ryan Lynch has a diverse work experience in various roles related to human resources. Ryan is currently working as a Senior Director of Human Resources at Moore Capital Management since May 2023. Prior to that, they were a Co-Owner of The Cottages at Blackadon Farm, responsible for managing and maintaining the cottages. Ryan also served as the Head of Global HR Employee Experience at Rotork from August 2022 to April 2023. Ryan has worked as an HR Advisor at Red Sea Farms from January 2021 to March 2022 and as a COVID-19 Vaccination Centre Manager at NHS England from January 2021 to October 2021. Ryan has also held HR leadership positions at Arqaam Capital, SHUAA Capital psc, and HSBC. Previously, they served as the Group Head of HR at both Arqaam Capital and SHUAA Capital psc. At HSBC, they held various roles including Regional Head of Talent, Resourcing, Organisation Development, and Nationalisation. Ryan also worked at Moore Capital Management as the Head of HR, supporting investment professionals and infrastructure areas. Prior to that, they held positions at Lloyds TSB, including Senior HR Business Partner and Manager of Equality and Diversity. Ryan has a strong background in HR management and strategic initiatives.

Ryan Lynch obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and History from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 1996 to 1999. Ryan later pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 1999 to 2000.
