Andy Starnes

Andy Starnes is the Managing Partner at Moore Colson CPAs and Advisors since November 2000, specializing in the coordination of tax services, planning and managing engagements, fostering client relationships, recommending and implementing tax strategies, and leading and mentoring staff. Prior to this role, Starnes served as a State Tax Specialist at KPMG from 1999 to 2000. Starnes holds a Master of Accountancy with a Tax Specialization and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, both from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, completing the master's degree in 1999 and the bachelor's degree in 1998.
