William Young

Support Center Engineer at Moore Computing

William Young has worked in the IT field for over 15 years. William began their career in 2005 as a Computer Systems Administrator for Jacobs Engineering, where they provided Desktop Support and completed DIACAP packages and Retina and Gold Disk scans. In 2009, they worked as a PC Client Administrator for TEKsystems and then as a Senior PC Client Administrator for GeoEye, where they managed imaging and deployment of equipment and the phone switch, extensions, and voicemail system. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Level II Technician for HD Supply. In 2017, they became a Senior Network Administrator for Milestone Equipment Holdings, LLC, where they managed Network, Infrastructure, and End User Support Services. William is currently working as a Support Center Engineer for Moore Computing, LLP.

William Young obtained a Masters in Information Technology from Lindenwood University between 2010 and 2011. From 2002 to 2006, they earned a Management focus in Information Systems from Kettering University, with a field of study in Business and Information Technology. In 2005, they also obtained an MIS from Reutlingen University, with a field of study in International Business and German Language/Culture.
