Brandon Oye is a community leader and expert in municipal engineering with extensive experience in project management. They served as a Project Engineer at Moore Engineering, Inc from 2006 to 2010, eventually becoming the Project Management Practice Leader. Prior to this, Brandon worked at HUBERT OYE & SONS INC as an Operator, Truck Driver, and Laborer from 1992 to 2001, and as an Inspector for the North Dakota Department of Transportation from 2002 to 2005. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University, earned in 2006.
