Lee brings his regional leadership in water management to his role as chief operations officer.
He’s been involved in some of the most important water projects in the Red River Valley, including the planned Red River Diversion, the Maple River Dam and the Upper Maple River Dam, along with many other water projects. He has been a remarkable technical engineer and leader at Moore since 1999.
Lee earned his bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from Bemidji State University, and his master’s degree in environmental engineering at North Dakota State University. He is a registered professional engineer in North Dakota and Minnesota.
