Tracy Eslinger

Tracy Eslinger, PE, is a Senior Project Manager at Moore Engineering, Inc., where they manage municipal projects and provide guidance on infrastructure needs across Southeastern North Dakota. With extensive experience in land development, municipal engineering, and transportation engineering, Tracy has previously served as a Project Engineer at Rick Engineering Company, where they designed various significant land development projects. Tracy began their career as a Field Engineer at Martin K. Eby Construction Co., Inc., contributing to a major wastewater treatment plant expansion in Phoenix.
