Who We Are

The Moore Public Schools Foundation (exists to enhance, enrich, and expand educational opportunities for students across Moore Public Schools. Through private donations, community partnerships, and events, we provide resources that directly impact classrooms, teachers, and students.

Our Story

Founded in 1995 by a group of community leaders, MPSF has spent over three decades connecting the power of community with the needs of public education. As a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization, we believe that public education deserves the same kind of investment and advocacy as higher education and that it thrives when supported by its community.

What We Do

MPSF provides funding and resources not available through traditional public funding, with a focus on innovation, access, and student success. Each year, we award Classroom Enrichment Grants and Site-level Enrichment Grants to teachers and schools across the district, turning good ideas into transformative learning experiences. Grant funds support:

Classroom resources and innovative instructional materials

Specialized equipment and technology

Enrichment opportunities such as field trips, guest speakers, and academic fairs

Programs and projects that inspire creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking

In addition to grants, MPSF leads major initiatives like the Building Bridges Campaign, creating safe housing for unaccompanied high school students, and hosts fundraising events such as the Soirée and the Classroom Classic Golf Tournament to sustain and expand our impact.

Our Goals

Provide funding beyond public resources to strengthen teaching and learning.

Celebrate and promote the strengths of Moore Public Schools.

Build public confidence in and support for public education.

Connect community and business leaders with opportunities to invest in students.

Sustain long-term funding that ensures innovation and excellence in education.
