Roderick Setzer

Roderick Setzer, II is a Litigation Associate and Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Associate at Moore & Van Allen PLLC since September 2020. Previously, Roderick served as a Teaching Assistant at Wake Forest University School of Law, supporting first-year law students in legal writing and analysis from August 2018 to May 2020. Roderick gained experience as a Summer Associate at Moore & Van Allen PLLC and a Law Clerk for the City of Hickory in 2018. Prior to legal roles, Roderick worked as a Senior Adviser for the College Advising Corps, assisting over 300 high school students with college preparation from 2014 to 2017, and served as a Compliance Officer for ZF Chassis Components, focusing on regulatory compliance in HR processes. Roderick holds a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, and Political Science from North Carolina Central University.
