Barbara Steens

Barbara Steens is a seasoned professional in HR Tax and Global Mobility with extensive experience in international employment tax matters. Currently serving as Senior Manager HR Tax & Global Mobility at Moore Belgium since September 2023, Barbara previously held roles including Manager HR Tax & Global Mobility at Tax Consult SA/NV and Individual Tax Manager at EY. From April 2009 to May 2020, Barbara worked at Agoria as an International Employment Expert and Expert in International Tax Affairs, focusing on tax aspects of international employment, social security, and work permits. Earlier in Barbara's career, positions included Senior Tax Consultant in Human Capital at Ernst and Young. Barbara holds a Master’s degree in Tax from KU Leuven and an Ingenieur commercial degree from Ichec Brussels Management School.
