Koen Steeland

Koen Steeland is currently a Partner in Valuations & Advisory at Moore Corporate Finance, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions, Growth Finance, and Shareholder Advisory. Previously, Koen served as a partner and managing director at TRUNCUS, where they played a key role in transforming the company into a regulated niche Wealth Manager. Their extensive experience also includes roles at various financial firms, including QuaeroQ and Petercam Asset Management, as well as serving as a senior financial advisor in multiple M&A transactions. Koen holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp and a Master’s in Financial Management from the Université de Namur.
