Jon specializes in the delivery and assurance of complex business change and technology initiatives. He leads Technology Optimisation and Advisory services within our Digital and Technology service line.
He has worked in partnership with senior clients of FTSE 100 organizations and diverse stakeholder groups across business functions to deliver strategic programs and develop client delivery capabilities.
He has extensive experience within Technology Programme Management, IT Service Management, Operating Model Design, PMO Leadership, and Delivery Management.
Before joining Moorhouse, Jon worked for Deloitte and IBM Technology Consulting practices.
Outside of work, Jon is a keen golfer and is a supporter of AFC Bournemouth.
